The hotel provided a fantastic weekend experience with lovely and helpful staff at reception and the bar. The evening meals were basic but mostly enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The entertainment was good fun, especially Rod Stewart's performance. The room was comfortable, clean, and all amenities worked perfectly; however, it was very warm and needed the window slightly open for ventilation.
The hotel is ideally situated right on the seafront, offering a perfect location for easy access to the town and beach. The rooms are decently sized and serviced daily, although they can get quite warm with minor maintenance issues. The service provided was good, with some language barriers but accommodating special dietary needs. The dining options varied from disappointing buffets to enjoyable meals. Overall, a prime location with some room for improvement in room maintenance and dining experiences.
The hotel may need some updating, but for the price and the fantastic tribute weekend, it was a very enjoyable stay. The room I stayed in was nice, with everything working perfectly. The evening meals were basic but mostly enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet was very nice.
